A Season of Preparation

Advent is a season of preparing. Hoping. Longing. Waiting. Advent reminds us of what—of WHO—we desire in the deepest place in our hearts. The season of Advent coincides with the pre-Christmas frenzy, where our attention is pulled toward the material world that cunningly robs us of the transcendent invitation: to experience anew just how viscerally we long for a Savior.
